care instructions: to keep your tote bag in tip-top shape, please note the following guidelines:
turn your tote inside out when washing
don’t soak to wash.
don’t use bleach or alkaline detergent.
full spin cycle, cold water washing.
no delicate washing
no tumble dry.
remove your tote promptly after washing, colors may bleed if left wet too long
unfold image, hang to dry naturally.
keep the image facing outside when folding your tote
store your tote in a dry and cool place

Returns
I accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging or tags.
To start a return, please email moxieflowersmusic@gmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return.
Exchanges
You can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
If the requested item is available, I’ll guide you through the exchange process.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original method of payment once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product was defective or I made an error.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact me within 48 hours with your order number and a photo.
In these cases, I will repair, replace, or refund the item in accordance with Canadian consumer protection laws.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within [1–3 business days].
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it ships.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship across Canada using various postal carriers, depending on the size/weight of your order.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight/size.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number (if applicable) so you can follow its progress.
Local Pickup or Delivery (optional)
I offer local pickup in Calgary, Alberta
Pickup instructions will be emailed after your order is ready.
Local delivery within Southern Alberta may be available for a fee
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once your order is handed to the carrier, delays are outside my control, but I’ll help however I can.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos so we can assist with a claim or replacement.
If a package is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to me if you still need help.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
I’m not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses, but I’ll try to help if I can.
